Need support for legacy bootloader

Describe the bug

The current main tree of the repo supporting rock-pi-s with new bootloader. In the past there was a version of OpenWRT with old bootloader rk3308_loader_uart0_m0_emmc_port_support_sd_20190717.bin

Hi

Unfortunately I have 3 rock pi s devices, purchased 3 years ago (old revision) which supports old loader.

I tested your old builds from 10/20 (kernel 5.4.68) and it's working on my devices
