[Feature request] Dynamic boolean for animations (like dynamic paint, but boolean).

Currently I can't find any sane way to make of cnc material removal animation. The dynamic paint isn't look right. (An example https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o7mTF3z0g2I) And there is an request from 2006(!): https://blenderartists.org/t/ohh-the-possibilities-dynamic-boolean/361541 It would be great to have such feature in Blender. And I would ask, does Fast Carve uses advanced Carve solver from Blender 2.79b? If yes, than thank you for returning it back. Sorry for my English.
