Just pushed a big re-work of the backend UI. This push include [package-list.json](https://github.com/wintercms/winter/blob/ff8a4d7afdf1e42b8cffa230069097218f643129/modules/system/classes/core/package-list.json) which is a sample of demo data that will eventually be provided by the Winter Marketplace API....
