How can i use nextdns?

I want to use next dns. But in order to use my own settings, I have to enter an https or tls address in dns. How can I do that? The value I want to enter is as follows;

rightdns = https: //dns.nextdns.io/xxxxx

From a quick look at NextDNS's setup page, you'll need to use the IPv4 DNS server addresses they provide.

Thanks for the quick response. But then I can't use my own configuration. Somehow I have to enter my own id.
