Analysers do not clear previous analysis markings in main display when a new dataset is sampled

If you trigger the Logic Analyzer, the perform an analysis (let's say UART), then retrigger, the old analysis indicators remain on the screen

There's an option in your preferences dialog called "retain annotations?", is this setting on, by any chance?

That option is set. I will try turning off. Did not realize annotations are the markings from the analysers

The "retain annotations?" option allows the existing annotations to remain as-is when you capture new data. If you turn it off, it will clear them upon each capture. Does turning off the "retain annotations?" option solve your problem?
