material styled dialog not showing on android version 7.1.1

• Device OS version: 7.1.1 -Device Manufacture: MIUI
• Device Name: Red mi note 5 pro

Reproduction Steps

1. added dialog in login and home screen, but it doesnt show on version 7.1.1 2.have tested on lower versions and works fine
