render emoji with SVG

This looks better to me on systems with bitmap emoji fonts.

I actually came here (GitHub Issues) to seek help, because on my Arch Linux i3 setup I might be missing something in order to see the site rendered correctly. image

However, your SVG version works out of the box image

Thanks, now I at least know how it supposes to look. Awesome!

Edit: I fixed it by installing noto-fonts-emoji, Google Emoji Font package. image The SVG version definitely looks less blurry - at least on my setup.
