Activate new plugins as fast as they're installed

When new plugins are installed, its source is fetched to ~/.shundle/bundle/plugin from which _shundle_init() load them upon a new shell invocation, it would be even better however if shundle could attempt to load the new plugin right away, it must take in consideration possible plugin dependencies.
