Frontend Design in React
After UI/UX design (see #1), we need a frontend designer to design Dnotebook.

Should I write a function that fetches the data? ( e.g. when a user calls load_csv, it will automatically fetch the data ) or the users should write it directly in the editor?
Load_csv handles data fetching with danfo.js library. So you don’t need to write it.
