"Leave blank to render without a title" not working

Expected Behavior

Hi, I don't know if this is a bug, but the option to "Leave blank to render without a title" when adding a callout seems to not do anything. I would expect the callout to look like this

Current behaviour

However, this is what currently happens As you can see the title is still being rendered. In both reading and editing view.

Reproduction

Just insert a callout via admonition.
