Remove IntelliJ IDEA specific files from the source code repository (JDK-8223373)

Support for Gradle is pretty advanced in IntelliJIDEA, which means they can import the modules based just on Gradle project definition. The .idea directory could be removed.

@Ciruman if you are interested in providing a fix, then you can submit a pull request, although you will need to get consensus among the IntelliJ users on openjfx-dev before it could be accepted.
