Compiling documentation missing

It would be nice if you could add some elementary info about the required configuration to compile the code. I couldn't make it run under Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition with Office Extensions (or whatever it's called), and it didn't open properly under Visual Studio 10 Ultimate Trial (with Office) but it did at least open the .csproj file...

Well, it might work if you have Office 2010 installed, but not if you try to install for MS Office 2007. I end up with messages saying that I haven't got the compatible Office version, and the extension is surely configured to work with it when I install it. I've seen the advice that you should install the lowest Office version compatible with the extension so in principle, it should work. The worst thing is that solutions won't even open under VS 2015. Aarrgh.
