The checker does not find some errors that are found by LT. See this Polish sentence:

Skoro strumień ten został uznany za działanie maszyny wirtualnej realizowane w mózgu, nie jest już „oczywiste”, że ulegamy iluzji wyobrażając sobie strumień mający miejsce na przykład w komputerowym mózgu robota.

The online version finds the mistake, and there's no bug in the local server interface either (checked it also with TeXStudio calling the server API).

I think I have found the culprit: the tracked changes in the same paragraph make some sentences invisible for checking. This is quite unexpected. Please see the document attached – the mistake is highlighted when you start the check but the dialog window does not open at all. Simply pasting the document in a new window makes the problem gone (but not if you have already started the check first on Test.docx, then the window is still hidden). Test.docx

I'm using MS Word 2007.

Hi @milekpl. I will take a look. If the problem is related to the tracked changes, there is no easy solution. I tried to solve #2, but there is no clean way to do it. It is necessary to build a mapping between text with tracked changes and text without tracked changes.
