How to adding new Language

So i already try voice command to another Page and it's work and it's still work although offline mode , but only with english language. it's possible adding another Language , so although offline it's still work ?

For the langage you can call activate with the langage code you want, you'll need to check native API to see how much langages are supported, about offline work I don't know the capabilities so better try it to be sure
