unzip failed

Failed to unzip the compressed package(nt.gz) When the compression finishes, the size of the resulting file is smaller than expected

Hi,

It is hard for me to figure out this problem with the provided information. One reason may be nt.gz file is not downloaded completely as it is a huge file (~120 GB). Please try downloading the nt.gz database file directly from here and making sure the download is complete successfully.

After that, unzip nt.gz file and then move it to SPOT-RNA2/nt_database/ directory.

Hello !

I also had the same issue, however nowadays the file size has reached 310 GB, which take over 24 hours over my network. While trying on a few times on different OS (Linux and Mac), I wasn't able to decompress it, getting a corrupted zip file error with gunzip. I was wondering if there was a way to make this database optional in any way for SPOT-RNA2, since it seems like a new requirement from the previous version ?
