How to save the doc offline?

Open mitrashatru opened this issue 10 years ago • 2 comments

Hi Jasraj,

I have tried your q-doc on my Q codebase. It works great. But, my concern is that I want to save the documentation on disk and want to see the documentation on demand offline i.e. I don't want it to be running as a service. Is there a workaround to do it? I am not very proficient in Javascript or JSON.

Thanks, Shatrughan.

Hi Shatrughan,

Thanks for the feedback - this is definitely a feature I would like to add. I was thinking of using PhantomJS or similar to perform the save of the documentation.

While I look to add this feature I can only recommend:

  1. Simply save the pages down manually from your browser
  2. Look at using a tool similar to PhantomJS to do the capture?

Hi Jas

Yes agree on this one - would be a nice native addition
