[Feature Request] Option to display total issue count instead of notifiction counts

Knowing the total number of issues in each of my filters/streams is more useful to me than the unread notification count (although I know this isn't the case for all users).

Either an option in settings as to which count to display or displaying both total & unread counts at the same time in the UI would be lovely.

@thespacedoctor I have a tiny fix that (completely unconfigurably) shows the total issue count on a branch: https://github.com/rix0rrr/jasper/pull/1

At some point I'd be happy to make this configurable and contribute it upstream if someone can give me pointers, but for now I'm set myself.
