Add custom URL scheme to share stream settings

I've thought of great new feature! I think it is useful to add custom URL schemes to generate new stream to share between co-workers.

e.g.

jasperapp://add-stream?name=my_stream&query=author:giginet

When this link is opened then new streams are generated.
