[Feature Request]: Provide estimate of scale coefficient in GLM regression

Description

Several GLM models require to fit a "scale" coefficient (Normal, Gamma,...). Can we get the estimate?

Purpose

Having the estimate would be very useful to get the predicted distribution of outcomes.
