Fixes for normalized notation

  • preferencesModel changes werent connect to results, this is fixed now. fixes https://github.com/jasp-stats/INTERNAL-jasp/issues/1872
  • also renamed the checkbox to "Use exponent notation"
  • made using normalized notation the default
