Wooden Shoes Can't Get Stacked

A village with many players wearing wooden shoes, can easily have many of them die off at the same time, and then experience a population decline. This could result in wooden shoes being all over the place. It would be nice to be able to stack wooden shoes to clean up such a situation. Piles of shoes are known to exist in the real world.
