Add Unicode and Translation to the Game

From this issue The change includes:

• README
• Scripts to compile:
  • Windows binary from Linux
  • MacOSX binary from MacOSX
  • MacOSX, Linux binary from source code.
• 2 dlls files for Windows binary
• Translator tool in both python3 file and Windows binary
• A button in game menu to translate the game.
• font.ttf, it's hand-written style and is free to use in commercial product
• 3 settings to adjust Unicode ingame
