Apocalypse exploit done from Donkey Town

So.. For a second time in less than a month, known griefers have exploited the fact that they can fly a non DT player to DT and then spawn in enough of their own alts to shift the player base count in favor of themselves to be able to put down the first of the apoc stones.

No matter if there is a million players in DT the stones cannot be removed, as this requires a minimum of 5 non-DT players.

This is a silly exploit that allows for basically daily apocs that no one can stop.

I suggest removing the possibility of doing apoc in DT as well as the possibility of flying non-DT into DT and vice versa.
