Unable to build on Runpod

I tried following the directions for installing the environment on Runpod, then the Ubuntu packages, and finally the requirements for the gradio app, but it could not build the wheel file for aeneas. There are too many dependency issues where one step installs a version of some package, and then the next step upgrades/downgrades a package. I engaged some LLM help, but I was never able to get it working.
