Add * to exclude configuration

It would be nice to have a wildcard for the configuration so I can use save/* as an exclude configuration and would not remove any branches in the save branch "folder"

I just did a test and it seems to still want to delete save/test when I add save/*. Though I just started using this tool today so maybe I am miss understanding something

I'm not sure either. There's a chance it might have just worked. I'd have to poke around the code. But I'm glad if you or someone else wants to open a PR to support this.

I do not know bash. but this might be an interesting thing to learn it on. I won't commit to it so if someone else wants to take it on go ahead.
