PowerShell Core?

I'm not sure I understand. There appears to be a different version for PowerShell Core. If that's correct and if you have a Windows machine and you have both Windows PowerShell and PowerShell Core installed, do you install just the 'powershell-core-compatibility' version and it'll work for both Windows PowerShell and PowerShell Core, or do you install the version for Windows PowerShell to work for Windows PowerShell and then the one for PowerShell Core to work for PowerShell Core separately?

If you have to install them separately do you need to keep separate config and tab expansion files for each and make sure that whatever PowerShell is running the profile file calls up the appropriate PowerTab module w/it's associated config file?

Or, can PowerTab even be made to work in both Windows PowerShell and PowerShell Core on a Windows machine that has both installed?
