Make a svelte front-end for setting settings without needing to modify a file

As the title says: take the file, give it a front-end via svelte.

Custom prompts / commands should be something like a dropdown where you can create new things.

Environment variables should be something similar? Or a little table with two columns and a plus button.

booleans should be checkboxes

strings should be text inputs

And there should be some sort of heirarchy...
