Add TailwindUI

Personally I think Tailwind CSS is easy to install and configure with both SvelteKit and Next.js. Adding Tailwind UI would show, IMHO, that Next.js is the winner.

Yes, I see the unofficial package for headless UI with SvelteKit but would love to see it added officially to Tailwind UI.
