Better promotion?

I think this needs better promotion, somehow. It is the only form of Node.js version manager I have seen that works the same way between cmd, PowerShell, bash, etc. etc., just like node & npm work the same way between all of these kinds of environments. I quit using the other managers myself.

I also like the idea to promote nvs better. I'm using it on daily basis and our team does as well. What about to migrate the repo to an organisation and give more permissions to contributors?

I'd be very sad if this cool tool would die because @jasongin does not have resource to maintain. (that is totally comprehensible and acceptable)
