Consider pushing nvs to the NPMJS registry

As with most Node related libraries / tools, I expected this to be a package in the registry, but it seems that it is not.

If there is no hard reason on why not to do it, please consider pushing nvs to the NPM registry, at least to save the name from being used for something else (if that is even possible under the package name regulations).

Even if for some reason it wouldn't work as a pure NPM module (as there are separate binaries for Windows and stuff) it could at least be a micro-module that offers to download and install the correct binaries for the user's system.

That, of course, also allows for simpler installation.
