Error: No compatible USB Bluetooth 4.0 device found!

It seems my bluetooth device (BCM4331) isn't supported (Bootcamp). Using a BLE explorer app from the Microsoft store works.

Anything I can do to make this work?

Another one that didn't work: USB\VID_0BDA&PID_B008&REV_0200

This means that you're not actually using the uwp bindings. That error comes from bluetooth-hci-socket.
