Support for Special Charater in File Names

Heyo!

Loving ErsatzTV thus far, but I have been running into issues with file names that have special characters as shown below.

[09:44:43 WRN] Skipping media item with zero duration 16886 - Beyonc� - Baby Boy (Video) Ft. Sean Paul
[09:44:43 WRN] Skipping media item with zero duration 16887 - Beyonc� - Crazy In Love Ft. Jay Z
[09:44:43 WRN] Skipping media item with zero duration 16888 - Beyonc� - Deja Vu (Mtv Video Version) Ft. Jay-Z
[09:44:43 WRN] Skipping media item with zero duration 16889 - Beyonc� - Halo
[09:44:43 WRN] Skipping media item with zero duration 16890 - Beyonc� - Irreplaceable
[09:44:43 WRN] Skipping media item with zero duration 16891 - Beyonc� - Ring The Alarm (Video)

Would love for these to be supported so I don't have to rename all my files. Also my Pok[e]mon TV collection will also love this.

Can you paste the output of the following command against one of the files?

ffprobe -v quiet -print_format json -show_format [file]

Also would help to paste the ErsatzTV version number from below the left menu, thanks!

@MillsyBot were you able to resolve this? I want to say we chatted in discord and the issue was the missing iocharset=utf8 on the mount, but my discord search-fu is weak today so I'm not certain.
