[Feature Request] Drag & Drop for Channel ordering

Ability to drag and drop channel ordering would remove the tedium of having to change the numbering of each channel.

As of now, the process required to swap a channel with another's numbering requires changing the former to a third number, adjusting the latter to the initial channel number, and then changing the former to the desired channel number.

You can see how in a list of hundreds of channels, attempting to shift all channels down for example, 1 number is essentially completely time/hassle prohibitive.
