[Feature Request] FFMPEG Profile Override

Is it possible to override the ffmpeg profile is a similar manner to the streaming mode? We have ?mode=segmenter; is ?profile=720hevc10 or profile=720hevc8 possible?

This is to allow for each client being able to use the profile which exploits it highest capability instead of using the lowest common one.

This is an interesting request. My initial thought is that each channel/ffmpeg profile combination would result in its own segmenter process. This means that two clients watching the same channel (using different profiles) would no longer benefit from a single transcoding process. Although the situations where there are actually multiple clients watching the same channel are probably pretty limited.
