Did the asgsh `verify` pick this up and report a failed connection to lsu_tds?

Is this still an issue, even with `StrictHostKeyChecking=no`? Related to that, should we set `StrictHostKeyChecking=accept-new`? Alternatively, or in addition, should we add an `ssh-keyscan` component to the asgsh `verify` command?

add URI Unity to list of officially supported platforms

@wwlwpd is URI's Unity covered under an existing platform (e.g., debian, rhel, etc) or do we need a new subdirectory for it?

Update ADCIRC patches to reflect `mpiifort` for some institutionally supported machines
