iput using too much memory?

I suspect the additional size reflects the usage of the BGFS client in memory.

JSON-based unattended irods_setup

why not use a simple text file with all the expected answers and redirect that on stdin? an example we have is found at [`/var/lib/irods/tests/localhost_setup_postgres.input`](https://github.com/irods/irods/blob/4.1.3/plugins/database/packaging/localhost_setup_postgres.input) which we use for CI.
