What is the difference of this flasher with the official one?
I found the official version of ds_ntrboot_flasher. https://github.com/ntrteam/ds_ntrboot_flasher/releases What is the difference with it and your version?

I just said that the code is completely rewritten. If that's not a significant change, I don't know what is. Apart from that, it uses libncgc and the latest version of flashcart_core, supporting the latest flashcarts that flashcart_core can flash.
As for the GUI, if you looked at the releases, you would know what it looked like. Specifically, the first release.

The "official"/discontinued project had a DSi compiled file for compatibility. Is this project compatible with DSi? I saw that in 3DS Plailect guide it is used for ntrboot installation with "3DS single system" and "NDS system", but not in "DSi system".
Given that this project has the most updated flascard_core, this is the only hope for DSi users and latest flashcards.
Also, if it works in DSi, I will send a Pull Request to Plailect to update his guide for DSi ntrboot flashing guide.
