[Idea] Add fix stuck on surf maps.

Game CSS:OB . Sometimes surfing on the ramp, you can stop abruptly (get stuck in something) , and lose all speed. This plugin seems to fix it and it would be nice to add the same fix in this plugin. https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=277523 And thank you for fixing the last bug.
