Made margin-top optional

Added an option to disable adding a margin-top to the body, because it caused unwanted behaviour. Perhaps other people experience this as well, and this setting resolves that.

Anyone opposed to me reviewing this, resolving conflicts, and merging in if all is well? Having the same issue and this would be a really convenient solution to the hack I have in place.
