A couple of lawyers have already looked v1 of the Lil License over, and shared their thoughts, but it was done in an informal way.

Let's pick not just any, but one of the best possible lawyers for this sort of thing — someone who is well-known, who has worked with open source licenses and the lawsuits that surround them in the past — and hire them to vet and write up a quick legal opinion that can be publicly added to the FAQ under their name.

It will also help to do this before beginning the OSI submission process.

It might also be worth getting in touch with the folks at tldrlegal.

They have an attorney that performs license reviews which happens to be Heather Meeker (complete coincidence). This might be a great way to get initial feedback.
