Prevent Linkrot
Underscore's internal paragraph links have always been subject to potential linkrot, as bits of code eventually move around.
Although it may not be quick-and-dirty enough, it would be nice to investigate techniques like Emphasis' for more permanent hash links:

It's a nice idea, although from what I can tell, emphasis has the advantage of client-side handling and correction for broken links - something that could really only be achieved by including a client-side script (such as Emphasis itself). The next-best, client-side-JS-free, quick-and-dirtier option (using Emphasis as a model) would be a static version that handles movement of paragraphs, but breaks when you change the text too much. Any thoughts? Is it worthwhile, and which option would be more true to what docco is about?
