Live Server Not Working

When I launch Live-server nothing happens, nothing pop-ups but when I stopped it a GUI comes out saying that server is stopped how can I start it?

I recently faced the same problem. If you have the "pigments" package, try disabling it and reinstalling the live-server, then it should work correctly. However, after these steps I was unable to restore the "pigments" - Atom froze when trying to enable this package. The problem appeared on both Mac and Ubuntu systems.
