This will be largely based on the current work from Powder Player while using the internal transcoding server of Powder Web.

I'm having second thoughts about this feature, because this is meant to be a server, and this feature will only work locally.

Might be better to do this on the client side.

To note: Safari should be able to cast a web page to Airplay, so at least in Safari, this is theoretically already supported. Requires testing.
