Improve Updater

Currently, the updating process still requires some user interaction on all platforms.

For an improved user experience, this process should be automatic.

@jaruba maybe you should look into squirrel - https://github.com/Squirrel/Squirrel.Windows there's also an OS X version

Haven't tested it myself, but I've heard good things about it
