memzoom does not use full terminal window size

It's mostly due to the difficulty of figuring out how to scale the hilbert / morton view modes to something that isn't a two power. I believe that in linear mode, it should use the whole display. So with your permission I'd like to re-open this and mark it as contributions welcome.
