I would be amazing if Blink could run on top of Windows NT 3.x/4.0/5.0 POSIX subsystem/SFU/SUA and/or WSL 1 and 2

Microsoft POSIX subsystem

Implemented on top of Windows Native API, a modern port could be envisioned.
