Add sorting of the list of variables by name

Please, add sorting of the list of variables by name . After ARC restarting all my variables aren't sorted.

Expected outcome

There is an opportunity to change the provision of a variable in the list. After restart the ARC order of variables in the list doesn't change.

Actual outcome

I can't change the position of a variable in the list. After ARC restart all variables are located chaotically.
