Lost Projects after updated the Version in ARC
I was having more than 5 projects in my ARC. After the update was done i lost all my projects. Should do we do anything to get all those old projects?
When did the update took place? There wasn't any in months. Are you sure that was the app update? You may loose your data if you uninstall the app without exporting the data first. Can you give me more details on this?
I havent uninstall my app anytime. I use it on regular basis. One day i see all my projects are gone. I assumed its because of the update. I am not sure what exactly happened. My system is not even rebooted. All my date is there.

Mu defect above is flagged as a possible duplicate, so I am commenting here.
I also did not uninstall ARC and reinstall. I hadn't used it for quite some time. When I did go to use it, I saw the banner stating there was an upgrade available. I did not have time to update it right away, so I used it, including my saved projects, without issue. A couple days later I finally did the update and lost everything.
@jgrant216 The banner with the update refers to desktop client of ARC. Because of security restrictions there's no way to import data from Chrome application to desktop client. To move your data, please, export data to file from Chrome application (option available in settings) and then import it to new application (drag and drop the file or File > import data).
