Failed to execute 'atob' on 'window' ??

I send the request, I get prompted for authentication and then I get a 404 as shown in the image. This same URL/header works perfectly in fiddler and chrome.

I am not even sure where to start. Could you please follow the debugging instructions from https://github.com/jarrodek/ChromeRestClient/wiki/debugging and provide more information about the issue?
