Remove broken phone codes

Thanks for writing this useful plugin!

There were issues with the old API call to obtain the phone code resulting in making adding a city super slow, also I believe it was expecting python2.

I chose to remove the feature altogether because imo the phone code doesn't really add much value, so I thought it'd be better to remove it rather than to fix and maintain the complexity of retrieving the phone code.

I re-exported the TimeZones.alfredworkflow but wasn't sure how the versioned zip you had worked.
